“Arrived for a 3 pm checkin and didn't get our room until 5 pm. Reserved a king bed and received two double beds. Very small room and can hear everything and everyone in the hallway. Valet is a requirement and you have to have the car brought around every time you need something out of the car. The Starbucks baristas are enormously rude, ignore you, people who had paid where actually leaving without their drinks, orders took over 30 minutes to receive every time, rooms enormously overpriced for...

“This hotel sits on the waterfront in Charleston and has a lovely roof bar. It’s @ 1-2 miles from downtown. We loved staying here.”

“The breakfast buffer was amazing. The daily evening reception was a wonderful surprise. Very generous serving on both. Te parking was nice to have in/out service but occasionally had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the car. The price of valet was a bit more than I would expect as well. The shower was hard to get hot water. The dial was not regulated normally so the best was very warm. ”
