“Parking was easy. Kitchen needs more plates, there was only 1 desert spoon and no microwavable dishes. Outdoor seating was a bit too close to other rooms, I realise this is for ease for cleaning staff but perhaps they could leave an empty room in between until it's needed ”

“Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.”

The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. “This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. “Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall.”

“The kitchen was fully equipped & the cabin was clean neat & tidy as well presented. At the reception was a little hard to find at first & Peta was very welcoming along with her partner at reception. Even though there was no air-con; the entire Cabin really didn't need it because there was a fully controllable fan which well circulated all the air within the room. Over all, the Cabin was very comfortable throughout my stay. There was one objection of being intimidated by EXPEDIA TO PAY AT LEAST ...

“Motel was excellent, but the check-in inappropriate. The man at reception refused to provide the room number because he had sent a text to the person who originally booked providing the room number and a pin to access where the key for the room was locked up.”

“Dishwasher didn't work (dishes weren't clean and we had to re-wash them) and sofa bed was not usable due to being awfully uncomfortable (suggest bringing alternative bedding if you need it). However the resort and facilities were lovely and we would stay here again. ”
