“Room very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No trouble with parking. My husband got the 6am bag breakfast because I was schedule for surgery and couldn’t eat. He was pleased with the offering which was available early since we had to be at hospital by 630am.”

“The staff was not helpful at all. When I called to ask about a charge I was rudely cut off before I could even ask my question. I asked for the manager and the lady replied she was the night manager. Then continued to cut me off. I would hope being in the customer service industry Holiday Inn would respond with better service. Not impressed and ended up being hung up on.”

“Wyndham purchased this property and did a quick face lift repainting rooms and adding some updated furniture, bathroom mirror, and adding a new tub walls for the shower.
Here is what was disappointing, the closer you look at the paint job you can see places where they missed, broken tile base falling off the wall in the bathroom, they also sprayed some kind of tub film on the bottom of the tub which is now pealing off, they still used the old faucets (tub & sink) which are stiff to use, and...
