“They didn’t accommodate a late check-in so I had to change my flight. Also, the bathroom had no curtains so we had to order some when we got there and there was a bed in the living room.”

“The Citizens Hotel is very conveniently located in an attractive historic building very tastefully upgraded and decorated. Had breakfast in The Grange which was delicious.”

“We had trouble with the WiFi signal in the first room we were given but the hotel gave us another room were the WiFi was good. The hotel is great but is in an area with quite a few homeless people but I did not feel unsafe at any time. The pool is quite small. We would stay there again as although the review may seem negative, it's a nice hotel in convenient location. A tip... There is a barrier in the middle of the road, so you can't turn left, in or out of the property but if go in or out...

“they were mid construction the elevator wasn't working, a lot of dust and the location is good for the train station but for nothing else”
