Hotel vicino a Ralph Tuten Park - Ridgeland

“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. “Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.”

“I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled...

“I am always thankful for getting my blessings. The staff (Debbie & Nicole) were both pleasant and helpful, coming and going. Everyone including a housekeeping staff made me feel welcome! It made my day. The amenities were much appreciated! I needed the ironing board & top-of-the-line steam iron they had to offer. I was attending a wedding that day.
