“Air conditioning was great! Did not stay for breakfast. ”

“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...

“Close to elevator which was good. The shower was moldy. Terrible water pressure in shower head. Kind of humid in room. Didn’t get a good night sleep.”

“I am always thankful for getting my blessings. The staff (Debbie & Nicole) were both pleasant and helpful, coming and going. Everyone including a housekeeping staff made me feel welcome! It made my day. The amenities were much appreciated! I needed the ironing board & top-of-the-line steam iron they had to offer. I was attending a wedding that day. Despite the water marks on the bathroom door, the very unpleasant odor from the toilet water coming from the bathroom (I'm guessing). I just kept the...

“Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.”
