“Great ambiance, not your usual box hotel. Staff was very helpful with our late departure. One disappointment was the operator (an older woman) was berating a staff member. She didn't know I was aware of what was happening.”

“Room and hotel looked okay. The breakfast was great. Sadly the hotel pool was awful as it was just used by the pigeons and no one was taking care of it. We did not use it. We also tried to book massages in room and staff kept saying they would get back to us, but didn’t. Service for tea in lobby was very slow. Would not stay again”

The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City.”

“Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.”

“I blame both expedia and the hotel for my bad stay at this hotel. After traveling 30 hrs, the hotel would not check me in and said to come back at 11. This was a scheduling error on my behalf but I could not stay in the lobby as the staff were sleeping on the couches. I come back at 11 and they do not have my booking nor the room available that I booked. I waited an hour until I accepted a lesser room with no window or seating in it. Not once did they clean my room, but I saw them cleaning...
