Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. “On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved.
1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr.
2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....

Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel.
Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking.
The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.”
