“Well located but very tatty. Inflexible to any kind of late checkout without charging excessive amount. Housekeeping inconsistent, in the 4 nights I stayed room was not cleaned once. When I checked in room was missing all amenities and towels. I would suggest looking around before staying there ”

I was really impressed with the facilities. The room was clean and hygiene was well maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras — it’s totally worth it!”

“I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here”

“A great hotel with fantastic staff. A new modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is great with excellent and fresh food. A comfortable room with comfy beds and excellent shower. A great option as the hotel in only a short walk to Assi Ghat too. Highly recommended. ”

“Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email.”
