“Everything was great ”

“The only thing I recommend is having family with children be a couple rooms away from single guests. Only because majority have work early in the morning or haven't had any rest all day and are looking forward for a peaceful night. All in all the place was really great, very beautiful and clean.”

“From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The front staff was very nice and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good variety. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I stayed for two days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cafe employee was rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping was also lacking, our towels and water were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I hope management improves customer service and guest care. ”

“The property was once great, but is looking tired. The Westin is famous for their comfy beds, and ours was creaky, the coverlet looked worn, and the pillows were not soft. The coffee machine was broken as well. Not sure what’s up, but I’ll pass next time.”

“Breakfast was delicious and hot”

“This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but...
