“Had a very good stay at Rancho Manana. The property is convenient, quiet and attractive. The staff is excellent. The units are showing their age a bit but they are spacious and offer a complete apartment like experience with a full kitchen. I stay there whenever their rates are reasonable.”

“First off the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with each interaction. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nicely decorated and sizeable. Our only complaint was that the bar area did not have it's own trash receptacle, the only other one in the room was tiny. It is hard to clean up properly when you don't have enough space for your trash. Won't stop us from returning however. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Shower curtain to short, shower head to high and squarts out the side leak, toilet made for midgets, no couch in room but a very large area for one exists. Pillows small like for a single mattress however the mattress is comfortable. No counter space or table for your suitcase however there is oneOf the old style suitcase holders but if you have a suitcase that opens side to side you can't use it because it's too small. Breakfast is just continental style nothing really good. No vanilla creamer...

“We liked everything but the person checking us in mid afternoon on a Wednesday. She never smiled or acted welcoming. Very business like with no smile and curt reply’s. We’ve stayed two times in different weeks and it was the same person both times. Same reaction both times. Needs a personality update!”

“For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. “Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...
