“This property is exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a wonderfully refreshing, subtle scent that sets a lovely tone. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout – from the elevators and corridors to the room and bathroom. A delightful surprise was the inclusion of Cha Tzu Tang (茶籽堂) shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which are high-quality, natural products. It truly elevated the stay!

“Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean.”

They offered an unique city getaway experience - traditional countryside dining, spacious apartment with a lovely private hot tub, and a cozy cafe that serves delicious desserts. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. ”

The place is conveniently located a few minutes from the lake and many bike rental shops, and it has a great zen vibe with industrial design.
Only suggestion is to make some stronger separation between the room and the bathroom, since as it is now it is basically all an open space. ”
