“The room was clean and the staff were great. The only problem was the air conditioner in the room that made a lot of noise which did not let us sleep and we could not shut it down since it was hot. Something needs to be done.”

“There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. “Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.”

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”
