“We stayed at this Hyatt property in Texas for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. We didn’t get room service for two of our three days — and when it did finally happen, the service itself wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and blanket were poorly made, not properly tucked or adjusted. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower gel dispenser was empty for the entire stay. For the price point of a Hyatt, I expected much...

And the rooms were great. Although the check-in took a bit longer than anticipated, the staffs attentive service made up for it.”

“Such a beautiful, eclectic Inn. The room and outside area was spotless, the coffee station and drink area was a great plus. The staff is very friendly and on the spot if there is an issue. I highly recommend staying here while in Austin. It’s just a short walk to 6th street and we ended up walking everywhere the entire time with ease. Also, for me personally the comfort of the bed is a big deal, and their bed was very comfortable. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!”
