“They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived. The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. “Enjoyed our stay”

“This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...
