Bathroom has cracks in the wallpaper, grab bars not fully attached to the wall, flooring in bathroom has a lift, not sure if the taps were cleaned or if they are just showing their age. Cleaning staff could pay better attention; toothpaste on sink from last person staying in the room, kept stepping on bits on the carpet, could have been vacuumed better. Breakfast was the same for three mornings in a row. Lots of parking. Front desk and breakfast people were friendly.”

“So many things…Pool and hot tub were advertised in the listed amenities on Expedia, but at check-in we were told pool was not open. High speed WiFi was advertised, but we were never able to connect to WiFi, and the desk clerk offered no help…told us “WiFi is terrible in this whole town”. The entire property looked run down…hair dryer didn’t work, there was a large hole in the bottom sheet on the bed, weird smell in the bathroom, and there was a layer of dead bugs on the window sill. “Stains on bedding. Wear on bedding. Bedding doesn't fit beds very well. Floor was sticky. Gap around door into room. Expensive for pets. Toliet seat mismatched and showing wear. Weird smell in room. Half the light switches dont work. Stains on walls and ceiling. Trash all around building. Pretzel in AC. Someone living in a camper in the parking lot. Screen cut out of the window.”

“The free breakfast was excellent. eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns or home fries. and toast or pancakes. And it was delicious. The room was really clean and the beds very comfortable. body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Great experience. and the staff were always very helpful.”

“Remodel work going on - and much needed. Bathroom sink drain leaked, phone did not work. If you wanted someone, half the time you walked over to the other motel to find one. Young man at the counter was friendly and smiled and helpful. The rest of the ones working there seemed to not like the job.”
