“Staff was Nice, We received a room upgrade, which after driving through two states was a very Wonderful treat. Room was clean, and they also served a decent breakfast. If you get there before 6:30 they have free drinks and snacks..unfortunately we missed it by 10 min, but they were kind enough to put together a plate from the kitchen for our daughter and granddaughter. Will definitely be return guests. ”

“A great hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but workable. The lobby was spacious, the staff was courteous. Some great things about the hotel: it is only a quarter mile from Old Town that is the shopping center of Albuquerque - an easy walk down Rio Grande Blvd. The hotel has an on site restaurant that serves (free) gourmet breakfast - this was a welcome break from the canned/preserved fare that's served these days at most "Breakfast included"...

I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. No hot water at all. On check out I told them there was no hot water and they said...

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”
