“Zero sound abatement between flats. Could hear telephone conversations and late night tv on weekend nights to 2 am. ”

“Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it...

“The flat was great. Clean and well stocked with standard kitchen and bath items. Door handles and latches need to be replaced. The doors don’t close and require use of a slide lock to keep closed and are out of alignment (loud to unlock at night/morning). Not a huge deal but something that could be upgraded to make it a nicer stay. Our host was great about responding timely to questions and the website used for checkin was very helpful and easy to follow. The building hallways and elevators are...
