“Third time staying at this hotel and absolutely love it. It s convenient to reach, in a nice and quiet area with some lovely shops and cafes on the doorstop. The tube station to central is only only 3 min walk away. Parking was hassle free and the service was fabulous. This will always be my first choice when staying in London. The rooms are sparkling clean and the shower gel/ hand wash scent is honestly to die for. Highly recommended.”

“A lovely historic hotel in an excellent location. We were given the ‘Charles I bedroom’, with a lovely four poster bed. Apparently he stopped at the Red Lion for a drink during the Civil War. Live music in the beer garden at the front on Friday evening. Good food and pleasant staff.”

“Really cosy old pub. Nice views and lovely little village with three pubs and an Italian. If you like old school English pub stays with wooden beams this is a lovely place. Bed was comfy, shower was good and breakfast was simple but enough for a continental. A great place if you want to stay just outside of London instead of an expensive inner city hotel.”

“Nel mio caso la posizione era comoda perché andavo a trovare un’amica. Per arrivare in centro serve una combinazione di bus e metro e in base alla destinazione dai 45 min a più di un’ora.
La stanza era molto pulita, nonostante la moquette. L’hotel non ha ascensore perché si trova all’interno di una vecchia casa.
Credo che il costo per una camera singola sia troppo alto (83 eur/notte senza colazione a novembre). Nel complesso l’esperienza è positiva.”

“This is a budget place and, if you set your expectations right, there is a lot to like for the little money that you get to pay. Plenty of eating options next door, tons of parking, quick check-in, there is even a little pond next door that ypu can walk arpund in 3 minutes or so.. less than half an hour drive to Heathrow too. Ill stay again.”

Personale molto gentile; unica cosa, visti i tempi di pandemia, anche se il governo UK non obbliga l'uso della mascherina, nessuno del personale la indossava, nonostante i 40/50.000 nuovi casi al gg....è una questione di buon senso, di dare l'esempio e rispetto della salute del cliente.”
