Hotel vicino a Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - Watford

“Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s.”

“Colazione non effettuata. Camera ampia e spaziosa. Bagno solo con vasca e tenda per la doccia. No cassaforte in camera. No frigo. Si kit the/caffè, ferro da stiro. TV solo canali inglesi. Piacevole il carrettino all'ingresso di acqua aromatizzata all'arancia. ”

“Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. Not sure why more money isn’t being spent on the “servant quarters” bedrooms as this place had a great reputation. Maybe some of the...

“Absolutely everything. Evening meal, service and staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The room was amazing, not in the main building itself but you couldn’t expect more. Countryside views. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend. ”
