La pecca più grande è il servizio di pulizia in tempo di covid, che non viene svolto su base giornaliera. Bisogna richiedere alla reception la pulizia settimanale e a me è successo che per due giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie per un disguido di comunicazione interno. “Personale gentilissimo, a 5 minuti dalla watford junction. Camere pulite, silenziose e ben dotate. Ottima posizione per warner bros studios. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze (a piedi)”

“The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!”

“We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean, thanks to Barbara who did a very good job and was very pleasant. The room was nice and modern. The whole team of staff was friendly and very professional. The internet worked well and at a good speed. They had food available 24/7. It was easy to park the carfor free during our stay. Shops, restaurants and public transportswere at a.short distance walk. The room was quiet. We would stay here again.”
