“Great location, beautiful grounds but rooms are in need of maintenance: The toilet seat does not fit properly, the toilet pan is cracked, the bath is not clean, the window blind does not work, the wallpaper is torn, the carpet is stained, and the windows can not be secured when open due to a broken latch. And...NO hot water!! (so no shower!) Breakfast was disappointing too as the coffee machine was broken and so was the toaster (so no toast)...”

“The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. “Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.”
