“Fabulous hotel. Welcoming staff, great food (dinner and breakfast), easy to find, loads of parking. Children welcomed, even really tired and grumpy ones after a full day at Legoland nearby. Only minor criticism is no fridge in hotel room (despite a deceptive-looking fridge shaped cupboard!) which would’ve helped us out a lot with our picnic for the following day. ”

“Tutto relativamente ok, letto comodo ma cuscino durissimo. Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues and poor customer service. We were given a room with a phone that wasn’t working, which became a serious problem when my son got locked in the bathroom. As the phone was unusable, my daughter had to go all the way to reception to ask for help. In the end, I had to use a nail file myself to unlock the door, which was stressful and unacceptable. We were already rushing, as we were only informed at check-in that children are not allowed...

“We paid 27 pounds for a cab from the airport to the hotel. Later found that Hatton cross station is a 5 min walk away on a sidewalk and brings you to the airport or from for free with a tap credit/debit card (use going in and leaving). Took metro to Piccadilly for a bus tour. The dining experience was good. As I’m lactose intolerant the waiter double checked ingredients and was super nice about it. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Nice staff. Some groceries available across the metro station...

“Niente di che ma molto comodo essendo a due passi dalle partenze.”

“Hotel di alto livello e molto comodo per gestire partenze di primissima mattina. Purtroppo condizionatore assai rumoroso , impossibile da spegnere anche seguendo le indicazioni della reception, alla fine ho dovuto staccare la chiave dalla fessura che abilita l'accensione delle luci per riuscire a dormire. ”

“Nonostante la vicinanza con l'aeroporto camere silenziose, parcheggio coperto a pagamento. ”

“Nel complesso, la struttura bella grande con sala biliardo ristorante eccetera, eccetera camere molto silenziose siamo vicini all’aeroporto di Londra, Heathrow abbiamo avuto direttamente la fermata dell’autobus vicina, quartiere poco sicuro e negli ultimi due giorni il servizio Housekeeping è venuto a bussare alla porta pensando che non c’eravamo avevo messo un cartello per dire di non bussare, ma hanno aperto lo stesso, però si sono scusati prezzi un po’ alti”

“La stanza è dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, accesso a internet. Per avere un punteggio più alto si potrebbe includere la colazione nel costo della stanza.”
