We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. “We had a super late check-in due to trip taking longer than expected and the front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. The room was clean & nicely setup. Since we came in so late the Front Desk allowed us to do a late check out for no additional charge. I would definitely stay there again. ”
