“The room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The girl hotel staff member was supper helpful but one of the tvs in our room didnt work due to the cords being old it kepts coming in and out of picture. Also the shampoos and conditioners on the wall were empty. The first morning breakfast the waffle maker kept sticking and burning them but they had that fixed by the second morning. Probably wouldnt pay another $350 a night to stay again tho when there where a bunch of other hotels around. ”

“I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. ”

“Staff was very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived but no one cleaned the room while we were staying there. The gym was not well equipped. Two treadmills were broken or had motor issues. There was no way to clean the machines or weights. No sanitation wipes or spray to clean any of the equipment you used. Pool was usable but clearly not maintained as the temperature was too cold to swim. ”

“Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti. Probabilmente con un’altra stanza la mia valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, ma ho...

“Friendly staff. Lots of bugs. You could see the swarm of them by the light at the entrance to our room. Got bit a couple times while at the desk in the room. Noticed there were bugs in the bed when my husband got up.
There was a hole in the wall and a hole in the bathroom door. One of the towels had a bad smell but we just didn’t use that one.
We booked a stay for one night and would probably not book for more than one night. I was uncomfortable but my kids didn’t mind.”
