“We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!”

“There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“The room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. It's a shame there was no breakfast. A lot of Chinese takeout within walking distance. Petrol station across the road. Parking right in front of the room.”

“The manager was extremely rude to me and didn't allow my stay as I was denide my stay may I please be credited on my account to be able to stay somewhere else or use for a vechile. When people decide the road to society and others treat them that don't like it are rude they need to have zeros on their score and either lose their jobs and or be sued. I am discusted”
