Hotel a Redmond

“Room was clean. The adjacent Mexican restaurant was good and reasonably priced. But that was it for dining choices except for a few fast food restaurants. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. However, the amenities were not great, and the hotel definitely needs some updates. The soap in the bathroom was just a tiny bar, which felt a bit outdated. Overall, it’s not the greatest hotel, but the rate was good for what it was.”

“Struttura comoda sulla strada per il Bryce Canyon. Accoglienza cortese, camera ampia e molto pulita, letti comodi. Molto graditi la caffettiera (americana, ovviamente), il frigorifero, il forno a microonde e le bottigliette d’acqua. Da raccomandare. ”

“Wish we knew the pool was closed. It was empty and when I asked as we were checking in they said it was drained and going to be under construction to make it heated. If I would have known that we would have booked somewhere else with a pool or a cheaper option without a pool. Staff were nice and rooms were nice.”

“Expedia quoted an amount for pets but when I checked in, the guy said the fee was double what Expedia listed. He insisted I pay the higher amount and I told him the reason I picked this motel was because of the pet rate. He said they raised the price. I told him to get it changed on Expedia. Finally he accepted the listed price in cash. We weren't ugly with each other but he thought I should pay the higher rate. I think they try to keep it clean but repairs looked unprofessional and it seemed...

“We were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. Free WiFi and very nice staff. We’ve stayed here before and both times have been great. My son left a necklace there and we called them a few hours after checkout and they had the necklace waiting for us. Thank you!”

“nice hotel for the middle of nowhere”

“Great little restored condo. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We did have to buy batteries for the thermostat for the furnace to work. The bathroom was also slightly dirty. Trash in the garbage from someone else. Overall a good condo - felt issues were incidental”
