“During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville Airport by IHG, I encountered several significant cleanliness issues that severely impacted my experience. Upon arrival, the bathroom was visibly uncleaned, as evidenced by the absence of replacement body soap. The second day, the room was not cleaned, and there was no toilet paper.
