“It was a very busy weekend with lots of families checking in and out. The staff was very helpful and cheerful! The food served was excellent and plentiful.”

“Room was very small and a big box cupboard was almost caused an accident because of there was restricted passage between the door and bathroom and beds when cupboard door was opened.”

“This is a newer hotel, and it is well maintained. Located right next to Toyota Field, the home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas minor league baseball team, this hotel makes for a short walk if you're staying for the ballgame like we were. The hotel is also just a short drive to the US Space Rocket Center. We were very happy with the stay and the quality of the facility.”

“if you like scalding hot coffee - they got it. what they need to do is get different coffee cups. the lids don't fit. cups are not big enough. and get some better furniture. seems like they put chairs in the rooms that are purposely uncomfortable.”

“Gave me a handicap bathroom, which was a nightmare with young kids, dirty hallway floor- kids feet were black after a bath. Did not have coffee or cups for breakfast. Stained sheets”

“I love the handicap bar in the shower but I do have problem walking and our room is the end/last of the hallway? not liking that fact.”

“The person at the front desk was not always available. My husband wanted to buy from the snack bar. He waited over 10 minutes, even though the sign at the desk said” be back in five minutes.” So we were able to use this particular amenity.”
