“Want clean room when staying long term”

“The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure.”

“The Expedia app showed 3 rooms available, so I booked my stay. Upon my arrival, I was told by the condescending woman at the front desk there were no rooms available. She told me that I should have called first because the app is never accurate. I told her that I've alway vooked through Expedia. She says "I don't know what else to tell you", in the most condescending, rude tone ever. I'm a rewards member of this hotel chain, and this is actually my first poor experience from them.
