“The property was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The carpet was stained and filthy, the walls were all dinged up and needed paint, door handle fallen off the closet, the shower was moldy caulking with stains all over the tub and shower curtain, and the entire hotel was in horrible maintenance condition.
