Hotel a Redwood Meadows

"Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom"

"The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. "
