“Nobody at front desk, waited 30 minutes before anyone showed. Tv wasn’t working in room, claim the cable was cut. They did get tv working. Room was dingy, shampoo hardened spill in tub. Looked under sheets in bed to find hair and filth, slept on my own blanket. Frig in room made a groaning noise all night
Will never book here again”

“The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.”

“A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.”
