Hotel vicino a Sorom Park - Reedsburg

“The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.”

“Friendly staff”

“The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.”

“Nobody at front desk, waited 30 minutes before anyone showed. Tv wasn’t working in room, claim the cable was cut. They did get tv working. Room was dingy, shampoo hardened spill in tub. Looked under sheets in bed to find hair and filth, slept on my own blanket. Frig in room made a groaning noise all night Will never book here again”

“A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.”

“Wonderful stay! Staff was great and we enjoyed the room and breakfast.”

“Clean and wonderful staff”

“We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was great, with plenty of places nearby. The hotel was clean, and we especially loved the large bathroom and spacious room with a comfortable couch. Everything made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooftop access is a really nice luxury to have included with your stay. Also safe and close to the main attractions of the Dells. Staff was very friendly. TV was excellent, over 70 inches, didn’t use much because of the great location to activities. Great one night stay”

“Nice clean rooms large bathroom. Basic breakfast”

“I didn't like the refrigerator area and the legs were broken off. Also didn't like the paint job in several areas.”

“It was nice and clean”

“Good”

“The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

“Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also...
