“Great stay, definitely recommend!!!!”

“The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone.”

“When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. “The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case.”

“Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. “I didn’t like there was no swimming pool, no hot tub and no out side patio to set outside. For the price of the Hilton garden hotel. I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. So yes I was very disappointed to have to go across the street to set at someone else property to enjoy the limited outside for 7 days”
