Hotel vicino a Regal Lakewood - Tacoma

“The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. “Pool area needs update. Everything else was amazing”

“Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear.”

“There were police officers present to address issues when I was arriving and in the morning panhandlers were walking in front of my room on the second floor. The room smelled like vomit and cigarettes. Please don't go to this hotel! ”

“The clerk was snarky some guy that was hanging around in the lobby was making rude comments. When I came in to complain about the cockroaches that I found. The clerk didn’t seem surprised and didn’t bat an eyelash when oh let me give you another room. The next room was dirty.. when I said I wanted to leave she was quick to say the room was non refundable…”

“They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

“Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. ”
