“While located far from most things, it makes for a quiet and safe place to stay there in Auburn WA. The hotel is extremely new (staff mentioned it opened two weeks ago) and clean. The rooms are very spacious. ”

“Only stayed one day, but felt it was way more comfortable than other hotels. The bathroom was actually really nice and had a lot of amenities for you. We also has a microwave and a fridge!! And the best was the bed, I mean hotel beds are uncomfortable for sure but that bed was honestly really nice. Would definitely stay again! Oh yes and great breakfast!”

Between the constant clanging and banging day and nite and then our soaker tub not being able to hold water, on our anniversary weekend… no matter if we turned the knob left or right the tub would not hold water. We resulted in stuffing a wash cloth in the drain and refilling it several times! We chose Tacoma and this hotel for our anniversary weekend and it could have been better more like the last time. “Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“Great hotel experience! Welcoming, clean, quiet, delicious breakfast, nice pool, great location by mall and restaurants. Our only regret was not booking more nights. They were fully booked. Will definitely look into staying here again.”

“Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible.”

“Great location, hotel condition overall. Our only issue was the internet connectivity was bad. Our phones and laptops kept locking up and glitching. We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end.
