“The Hot Tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Would be nice to have known, prior to booking. Also, the pool was suppose to be heated, but was quite cold too. So, no luck on the water amenities. The employees all were very vague on the time it was going to be fixed. Giving you hope that it may happen that day.
