“The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained.”

“This past weekend, my boyfriend and I stayed at Sunseeker Resort for our anniversary and had a great time overall. The resort was beautiful and easy to navigate, but a few issues would make us reconsider staying again. “Room smelt like mold and window was covered in mold”

“Clean comfy rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. The balcony room overlooking the lake was really nice.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean. The shower needed some update. The breakfast was very good with a number of items to choose from. Highly recommend. Definitely would stay there again!”

“Clean rooms ”

“The hotel is noce, clean and with all comforts. We particularly thank Jerry for his knidness and help.”

“Not a good experience”

“Room needs a pain job. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m a bald man, definitely not mine) and the towels were well broken in with stains on them. The A/C did work well though and the beds were functional.”

“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“Are you kidding? Facility is hanging on by their fingernails and is more an indignant housing than a motel. ”

“All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!”
