“Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”

“No mention of the hotel being under construction on Expedia. We had no pool, no gym, no restaurant, no lobby our entire visit. Let’s not mention the fire code of the smoke detectors all being covered on the ground level. Horrible experience.”

“Staying at the Holiday Inn is nice but they charge your cred/debit card $100.00 for incidental fee. State that it will be refunded back to your card within 5 business days. It's been a month and they have not refunded my fee. The room had no incidental. And I am getting the run around with the hotel.claiming they do not have my reservation from May 23rd. Very unhappy and will never recommend a stay do to incidental fee. If I get my refund then I will change the rating.”

“IT didn't look good and the room smells and it seems like it was a smoke room we didn't even check in , we left and they didn't give the money back, it was already paid.”
