“I was not sure what to expect when I booked our stay at Ghl Style Neiva hotel, but I am very glad I did. The property is very well maintained and the staff is absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue on our first night and the staff went out of their way to help resolve the issue, something most hotels would not even try to help with. “Bella struttura, belle camere. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta per i trasporti da e per l'aeroporto utilizzando Whatsapp. Peccato che sul sito figurasse un numero sbagliato. Il giorno successivo, chiamando l'hotel con il numero corretto, pur essendo a cinque minuti dall'aeroporto, abbiamo dovuto rientrare a piedi perchè dopo mezzora ancora non era arrivato nessuno. Nota positiva: il ristorante ha dei piatti eccezionali”
