“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. “When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

“Beautiful, clean room with an easy check-in/check-out process. The cocktail bar was warm and inviting with friendly and helpful staff. A great and convenient spot to stay if you are planning to ski at Okemo Mountain.”
