“I was on a road trip in my convertible. I've always enjoyed staying at classic motor hotels rather than 'big box' places, IF they're clean and well maintained. Time Traveler's met the mark. The room was comfortable, and everything worked. The space in front of the room was a great place to watch the evening storms. Clearly the owners care a lot about the property - highly recommended.”

“The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.”

“I hate to leave bad reviews, but I booked what said online was one of the last rooms available a day in advance for a last minute necessity after everything else within an hour drive was booked solid. When my significant other arrived there before me to check in, the property was not very well maintained or unkept, people were outside of the rooms using drugs, and the main office building was locked at 3:00PM in the afternoon. When my S/O saw employees enter the office, she knocked on the door...

“This motel is not fancy but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We couldn't connect to the wifi but once we told the owner it was fixed right away. We spent 2 nights there and were gone during the day. Since we really only needed a bed I didn't see any reason to pay for a higher priced hotel. The Champlain Motor Inn suited our needs perfectly.”
