“So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. “We stayed in a stunning suite that was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we could want, and we loved the robe and slippers provided. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and we were very impressed with both the dining options and the room service. The restaurant choices are excellent, ranging from formal dining to a casual snack. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend it!”
