“It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.”

“初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。
部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。
キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。
今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items.
The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.”
