“This is one of the best resorts you can possibly stay at. Everything is 10/10. It is all in one for everything you need. Note that the area it is in only has hotels for the most part, so it is difficult to get to a convenience store if you have no car. About an 8 minute uber which will run you about $20 USD round trip if you need something. Although often the resort has all you need. And they have bus service for free to the ski resort. I couldnt praise this resort more highly.”

“Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.”

“If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place. ”
