“L'hotel è nella media, buona qualità dei servizi ma abbastanza lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Murai (18 minuti a piedi) treni per Matsumoto ogni ora.”

“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“親族の葬儀で泊まらせていただいたが、時間がない中、ホテル内で子供連れでしっかり楽しめる設備(大浴場やラウンジなど)がありました。今度は旅行でもぜひ行きたいと思います。 1点コインランドリーが大浴場が空いている時間しか稼働しないので、夜の時間帯は混んで入れられなかった。会場難しいかもしれないが、コインランドリーは24時間まわせるようにしたほうがいいと思う。”

“バスの便が少なく、タクシーを呼んでいただくことが多かったですが、丁寧にすぐに対応してくださって助かりました。 朝食も、土地の食材もあって、朝から楽しく食事させていただきました、美味しかったです。 目の前にローソンがあるので、お水をかったりお菓子を買うことができて便利でした。”

“Una bella struttura moderna a 15 minuti dal castello di Matsumoto e dal suo bellissimo centro storico. Camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Per chi giunge in auto, comodo parcheggio all'aperto dell'albergo o uno coperto a poca distanza convenzionato. Per visitare Matsumoto questa è un'ottima base. Colazione abbastanza standard e più in linea con i gusti giapponesi. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”
