“While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea. “施設はきれい。スタッフが荷物持ってくれたり、客室で説明してくれたり対応が丁寧。ロビーに行くと必ずスタッフがいてすぐ対応してくれる。夕食は地のものを多く使った手の込んだ前菜から始まってどれも旨い。特に台の物の信州牛の鉄板焼きはとろける旨さ。ナイトツアーで蛍と星空観察に連れて行ってくれてとてもよかった。広縁と内湯がない部屋だったけど、使わないから問題ない。”

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!"
