“初めての宿でした。出迎えから見送りまでおもてなしの心が素晴らしかったです。ウェルカムのおやきから夕食、その後のお夜食に朝食、お部屋のプリンまで板長さんのこだわりをずっと感じていました。アメニティのこだわりも素敵でした。露天風呂からの景色も素晴らしかったです。気になったのは客室のテレビ台の埃とサッシのレールの汚れ、あと洗面台の匂いが少し気になりました。あとは本当に満足の2日間でした。また行きたい宿です。”

“We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place.”

Tutto raggiungibile a piedi

"Una bella struttura moderna a 15 minuti dal castello di Matsumoto e dal suo bellissimo centro storico. Camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Per chi giunge in auto, comodo parcheggio all'aperto dell'albergo o uno coperto a poca distanza convenzionato. Per visitare Matsumoto questa è un'ottima base. Colazione abbastanza standard e più in linea con i gusti giapponesi. "
