“Property location to Virginia Beach was great! Like a 10 minute drive. While small, its nice having a full size refrigerator, oven, and small kitchen which you wouldn't get with a hotel room. The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. Also, the outlets behind the dresser in the bedroom and the outlet in the living...

“This property is pretty close to Ocean view Beach. It is in a really private neighborhood and a private backyard sits a tiny house with a fence around it. The owner was super responsive and actually met us at the property. I couldn’t say anything bad about this property. Good all around.”

“The White Ibis Retreat was ideal for our vacation. We were able to walk to the waterfront easily and enjoy the houses along the way. The dog park was very convenient across the street. The property is nestled in the trees and was very peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch while reading and grilling. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well. Although it was nice to have televisions I would like to have...

“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had all the basics we needed. You might wanna bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dish detergent, depending on the size of your party. The location is 3/5 compared to other properties and if you want to walk to the sand beach. You have to cross a VERY busy road. It took us 30mins from the house to the beach since the traffic light is quite far away. There’s a nice playground close to the house (5 min walk)”

“What a surprise to once again find ourselves in one of the little old OBX cottages after not finding them for about 20 years. BUT it had been recently updated to our delight! New everything in the kitchen was great. The “beach box” was charming and suited to the 2 of us…although we could’ve had 2 more at least. We’ll be back!”
