“War ein super Aufenthalt. Der aufzug war leider kaputt aber als Entschädigung haben wir sofort ein Zimmer im zweiten statt im dritten Stock bekommen und den Parkplatz for free. Das war top”

“I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...

“Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden auf der Durchreise. Die Abstimmung sowie der Check-In liefen einwandfrei trotz unserer späten Ankunft. Auch waren unsere Hunde herzlich willkommen. Es gab ebenfalls Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. So war auch die Anreise einfach. Es gab für morgens direkt auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sodass auch unsere Hundeboxen gut Platz fanden. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Auch das Bad hatte alles, was man brauchte.”

“We were a family of 4 and our scheduled stay was one night. The flush in our bathroom was not functioning and there was nobody who could come and take a look at it since it was the weekend. Communicating over WhatsApp or calling the number provided yielded no result other than a promise to pass on the complaint to have it looked at when "someone" was available (the soonest was the next morning, but that did us no good since we were going to be checking out). Neither was the person I communicated...

“Good location, near train station, in area full of supermarket, cafe, Backery, ….etc. Check-in is written to be late, at 04 pm, check-in is at 11 am, too early. There is no keys for the out-door or for the room, but codes. If you leave the room, it is difficult to keep it closed. It is clean room with wide space, full of everything you need.”
