“Not the prettiest location in town, with the neighboring building looking a bit abandoned. Not in the old town center, but everything is very walkable. Check-in was very friendly, and we could store (and charge) our bikes safely. The room was pretty, large enough and clean. Nice to have an a/c as well, although it was not too hot. Breakfast was okay. Some of the fruit for the fruit salad looked like it might have come from a can, but it wasn't bad. Would have appreciated a bit more cereal...

"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays.
