“Hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially as foreign travelers, we are not familiar with the area. They would assist us in making reservations and helping us get around easily. The parking was very convenient and the same price that it is throughout the town so we took advantage of the convenience. Overall, the hotels in a central location with very beautiful areas to walk-through and explore the town. Certainly would go again.”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Das Hotel bietet eigentlich alles für einen super Aufenthalt: Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet (schöner Laminat-/Fliesenboden, Rituals-Pflegeprodukte, Tageslichtbad sowie Kaffee- und Teeset). Der Fahrradraum ist gut gesichert und das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight – mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und voll von hausgemachten, lokalen Leckereien! “Keine Klimaanlage, wie eigentlich angegeben. Es gibt nur ein kleines und sehr lautes Standgebläse. Das Bett in Zimmer 1 hat nach Erbrochenem gerochen. Standort sehr zentral und das Frühstück ist auch gut. Insgesamt kann man es für 1-2 Nächte max. buchen. Der Preis ist aber aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.”
