Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel
Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. Fenwick Inn
Location was good. The bad side was, I asked was the pool heated and I was told yes. The only thing that was heated was the hot tub. Otherwise the staff was pretty good.

Montreal Beach Resort
We stayed two nights and the staff was excellent as was Harry's. We used the shuttle to go to Washington Mall with my Grandson and his one month old baby Girl. That was special as it was cold and sprinkling.

We stayed in the off season. One night while driving through the area. The property was in the process of upgrades which was a small hassle. The room was clean and large.
